Office Administrator & Personal Assistant
Full time with flexible hours, generally 8am–5pm Monday through Friday, assisting the owner.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handle all inquiries via phone
- Data entry using Microsoft Office and other programs
- Schedule appointments and enter client information
- Order materials and handle filing
- Client follow-ups
- Must love animals (there are office dogs and a cat)
- Maintain a clean office environment
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with high volume calls
- Great customer service a must
- Experience with a landscape, fertilization, irrigation, or construction company a plus
- Social media and email marketing experience a plus
- Previous office experience a plus, willing to train
Irrigation Service & Lighting Technician
Eligible candidates should have:
- 3 years’ experience in the irrigation and lighting field
- Knowledge of system startups, shut downs, installations, and diagnosing malfunctions
- CIC certification a plus
- Medical DOT card a plus
- Valid, clean Massachusetts driver’s license
- Daily reliable transportation
- Ability to work alone and with others
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work 40 plus hours per week
- Good people skills
- Ability to work some weekends, usually in spring and fall
- This is a smoke, drug, and alcohol free workplace
Lawn Maintenance Team Member
Eligible candidates should have:
- 1 year’ experience operating commercial mowing equipment
- Medical DOT card a plus
- Valid, clean Massachusetts driver’s license
- Daily reliable transportation
- Ability to work alone and with others
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work 40 plus hours per week
- Good people skills
- Ability to work some weekends, usually in spring and fall
- This is a smoke, drug, and alcohol free workplace
Lawn Maintenance Team Leader
Eligible candidates should have:
- 3 years’ experience operating commercial mowing equipment
- Ability to lead a crew, take direction, and be a team player
- Medical DOT card a plus
- Valid, clean Massachusetts driver’s license
- Daily reliable transportation
- Ability to work alone and with others
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work 40 plus hours per week
- Good people and communication skills are a must
- Ability to work some weekends, usually in spring and fall
- This is a smoke, drug, and alcohol free workplace
Landscape Construction Team Leader
Eligible candidates should have:
- 3 years’ experience operating commercial landscape construction equipment, hardscape installation, new lawn installation, and plantings
- Ability to lead a crew, take direction, and be a team player
- Ability to operate a truck mounted Finn bark mulch blower
- Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
- Medical DOT card a plus
- Massachusetts hydraulics license
- Valid, clean Massachusetts driver’s license
- Daily reliable transportation
- Ability to work alone and with others
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work 40 plus hours per week
- Good people and communication skills are a must
- Ability to work some weekends, usually in spring and fall
