We are hiring for the following positions:
The Veron Company is hiring an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR & PERSONAL ASSISTANT to the owner. This is a full time position with flexible hours but generally between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.
Duties will include but not limited to:
-Handle all inquiries via phone
-Data entry using Microsoft office and other programs
-Schedule appointments
-Enter client information
-Ordering materials
-Filing
-client follow ups
-must love animals (there are office dogs and a cat)
-Maintain cleanly office Environment
Requirements
-Microsoft office
-Experience with high volume calls
-Great Customer service a must
-Experience with a landscape, fertilization, irrigation or a construction company a plus
-Experience with social media postings a plus
-Email marketing experience a plus
-Previous office experience a plus, willing to train

Eligible candidate should have the following:
- 3 years’ experience in the irrigation and lighting field
- Must have knowledge of system startups, shut downs, installations and diagnosing system malfunctions
- CIC certification a plus
- Medical DOT card a plus
- Valid clean Mass driver’s license
- Must have daily reliable transportation
- Ability to work alone and with others
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work 40 plus hours per week
- Good people skills
- Ability to work some weekends. Usually in the spring and fall
